Like many others,we are thankful for George's faithful life.

Uncle George will be greatly missed. We remember his humor and sharing ice cream floats on hot July days after convention. We appreciated his wisdom and his love for truth. He was a pillar. Our condolences go out to those who will miss him.

we will always remember George for is smile and for the way he has show us.George will be miss.

It is with a certain feeling of sorrow, to realize another of God's true servants has left us, but also a feeling of gladness that George has safely reached the other shore. He will be missed. We remember his gentle ways, and quiet humor, but most of all his Godly counsel

We will always remember when George came for our convention in Jamaica, some years ago,and the spiritual help he gave. His health wasn't good then but he kept going.Our sympathy to his fellow labourers and many friends.

George was a very gentle and kind shepherd and will be missed by many. He has left a great impression on the lives of all he has touched.

Our best memory of George is him on the platform at Convention sharing the word of God. When we close our eyes we can still hear his words of wisdom.

Pat and I will always remember George for his frank expressions. I remember back in 1983 at Picton Convention during clean-up day. George and I were talking about taking down the tent. He said it had to be down the right way. He mentioned one year at North Hatley Convention an engineer decided to do it his way. George said it was the biggest mess he has ever seen. We last saw George at Dunnville Convention in 2003 and had a good chat with him. He was showing signs of memory loss, but still maintained his good sense of humour. Its wonderful to see workers like George finish in the harvest field. A good example to others following. His health was not always the best, but he kept going in spite of his sickness. He will be remembered as a "Faithful Servant of God"

Last time Geoge was at Iron Bride Conv.Said. "You Know This is the best Conv I ever was at". I was So PLEASED. Then he said "Because Its all on Level Ground".His Humour Was a part Of his warm & wonderful spirit.

George was a very special man. He will be greatly missed. Our condolences to his family.

It was a special priveledge to be at the funeral service for George. He will be missed and is fondly remembered by all who knew him.

At Carson Cowan's funeral, George said he asked Carson one day, "What should we be doing?" Carson said, "Just keep on doing what you are doing." And that's what George did. Steady, true and sporitually predictable to the end. George was an inspiration to us and his counsel will remain in time to come. Our condolences to his family and to all the workers who knew him.

It was special to have George in our field his last years in the work. We had him in our home for a few days not long before he was not able to be in the work. We felt a special understanding from George even though he did not say much.

Our dear George, we won't forget his gentle, quiet and unassuming way among us and his interest in us all. I (Connie) returned from my wayward ways through George and his companion, Jean Gravil in 1980. I will never forget those days in Ottawa.

Our love and care goes out to all George's family and co-workers today as he is laid to rest. We appreciate our "many" fond memories of him, and respect his labour of love.

George is a man I will always rememberas a strong man.When I think of George I see a real clear picture of him standing out-side the tent at Richmond convention,its time all were inside but there is still lots out-side. George doesn't say a single word,just keeps looking at his watch and everyone gets the message.He had the spirit and led by his gentle spirit.Our thoughts are with all of his family.

George was always a source of comfort and help. We've appreciated him through the years.

George has been a very special man to the Beattie Family. He spent many days in our home in Quebec and when I was 11 years old I made my choice in George's meetings. He will be greatly missed and I will always remember that little smile.

My deepest condolences go out to Georges' family and friends. He was a great man, one whome I will never forget. My memories of him as I was growing up are ones that always bring a smile to my face.

We have many fond memories of George and will miss him greatly.

I have wonderful memories of George

and his care and love for all. He was in our home a lot and has meant
