George Roberson Obituary
George proudly served his country as a member of the U.S. Army's 82nd Airborne Division. Following his military service, he pursued careers in sales and real estate.
George enjoyed Churchill Downs and Louisville Cardinal basketball.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Eddie, his first wife Cecelia, his second wife Pat, and his son-in-law Jim Thoene.
George is survived by his daughters Cindy Thoene, Patti Bray (Bill), and Pam Byrne (John); granddaughters Ashley Seghi (Garrett), and Brenna Bray; stepdaughter Shannon Graves and her daughter Meghan; and one great-grandson, Mac Seghi.
Cremation was chosen. A military ceremony to honor George's life and service will take place at Fort Knox this Spring.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be directed to Hosparus.
