It has to be a huge loss for you all. I loved George as he was the only person I knew that had the patience to train a bartender at the Pioneer Inn from Tustin and also I had the chance to talk to him about the idea of purchasing Sirnas Gas Light Inn on Harrison Street. The rest is history. Love you George ...you are the best and will be missed by many.

I have such wonderful memories for the many times spent at the Schaefer home on Irving Street, for all the family events I was included in, to the nights spent working at The Gaslight with the people I considered my 2nd family to the hours and hours Jim and I spent playing cards with everyone in New Smyrna Beach and the fact that George is the father of my forever best friend, Wendy... for a full life well lived, RIP George.
