GEORGE M. SCHONERT ST. JOHN, IN George M. Schonert, age 44, of St. John, passed away Wednesday, October 13, 2010. He is survived by his loving parents: Elaine and George Schonert; three sisters: Cindy, Cathleen (Ray) and Christine; brother, Daniel (Kantima); and beloved nieces and nephews. George was a devoted motorcycle enthusiast, fisherman and model builder. Funeral services will be held Monday, October 18, 2010 at 11:00 a.m. at the Lincoln-Ridge Funeral Home, 7607 W. Lincoln Highway (Route 30 east of Cline), Schererville. At rest Memory Lane Cemetery. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Sunday from 4:00-8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.

Oh Michael how we all miss you! I think about the last time we seen you, I think it was the 4th of July. You got the girls fireworks and even though you were in pain you still had a smile on your face and just being a goofball with the kids. We were all so happy to be together as family. Miss and love you always, family get togethers just aint the same without you. We always think of you though and know you are still with us- love cousin Rachael
