Dear Jack, Frank and spouses. I don't know your mail address so will take this way to express our sympathy on the loss of your mother. She led a full life I'm sure but we never want to let go of our mother though she is in a beautiful place.

Ms. Pyott was a wonderful lifelong friend to my grandmother, Lola Lawson. As Postmaster in Tip Top, Ms. Pyott helped me put together my first stamp collection. She was a wonderful person. The Brewster family would like to express our deepest condolences to her family.

I am so sorry to hear of Mrs. Pyott - "Georgie" passing. I think of her often and the times at Tip Top. Often she would babysit for my mother (Imogene Heffinger) and we would visit her across the street. I remember climbing the huge pine tree in her yard. She was a wonderful mother and all of the neighborhood children thought of her as a grandmother. At times when we would sneak off to her house, my mother would find us there having a snack. After all she was the back bone of the community of Tip Top. Everyone who received mail from the post office received a smile and enlightenment. Thank you for sharing her with us so that we might have lasting memories of our childhood. My condolences to all of the family, but for " Mrs. Georgie Pyott" (that is what all of the children called her) I know that she is in the presence of her Savior, many friends and family.
Love to you all.

What a blessing to have a mother with you so long. Frank and Lib are who I have always turned to in time of need and loss - I love them, and I am sure they got this kindness from their parents. I am sorry to hear of Mrs. Pyott's passing.
