I shall always remember Commissioner Sheldon from my first days at the FERC (1978). Commissioner Sheldon taught me many valuable lessons.

It was an honor, priviledge and a genuine pleasure to have served with Georgie
as a fellow Commissioner and friend. Her wit, charm and grace remains with all of us who knew her, held the utmost respect and admiration for her. May God's mercy be with her family and her soul.
