Gordinier, Gerald Edward ALTAMONT Gerald Edward Gordinier, 71, passed away Monday, January 25, 2016, lying next to his devoted wife and true companion Diana (Norton). Born in Albany, son of the late Gerald and Agnes (Kroupski), Jerry was a dedicated brother, husband, father, grandfather, Navy serviceman, coach, community supporter, and friend to many. He is survived by his wife Diana Norton Gordinier; sister, Grace (Joe) Walter; children Jennifer (Joe) Schumacher of Berne, Martin (Christine) Gordinier of Delmar, Craig (Lorra) Gordinier of Groveland, Fla.; grandchildren Justin and Craig Couse, Kendall, Payton, Jack, Madelyn and Preston Gordinier. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Jerry was loved by many and will surely be missed. Calling hours will be held on Thursday, 4-7 p.m. at Reilly Funeral Home, Voorheesville. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Boston Children's Hospital, 300 Longwood Ave, Boston, MA 02115. reillyandson.com
