I worked with Gerald at Kencope for six years. He was one of the kindest people I have ever met. Carol will keep you and your family in my prayers. My love to all of you!

Though we didn't know Mr. Holmes personally, we knew him through his illustrations of Hank the Cowdog. It was clear he understood humor, had an appreciation for children, and knew how to compliment the written word perfectly through his art. We have been blessed by his handiwork and efforts through the years, and are grateful for the inspiration and enjoyment he added to our lives. May the Lord comfort you during this time of separation, and give you hope and assurance for a joyful reunion one day!
