Gerald was such a truly fine person. I got to know him well as our Budget Director at JPHSA . I can hear him now telling me in our many meetings throughout the legislative sessions and budget meetings "ah don't worry Dr. Campo I am going to make this work out. No problem we are going to get this right. Everything is going to be fine, just fine. ". What fortitude and confidence he had and how much he assisted us in our roles and benefited citizens with developmental disabilities and behavioral health conditions and their families. Gerald will surely be in God's loving care, and I pray for the comfort and peace of Darlene and family in their time of sadness and loss. Gerald and you all will be remembered in my daily prayers.
