PAWTUCKET - Gerald E. Plante Sr. (Jeff), 84, a veteran and resident of Pawtucket, died at home on November 14, 2016. Son of the late Rosaire Plante and the late Mary Rose (L-Heroux) Plante.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Annette Plante, six children, Stephen Plante and wife Lorraine of Warwick, David Plante and husband Christian of Old Lyme, CT, Michael Plante of Seekonk, MA, Patricia Martel and husband Michael of Attleboro MA, Gerald E Plante Jr, and wife Schelene of Lincoln, and Jennifer Gillis and husband Gregory of Cumberland and five step children Charles (Chicky) Deroche, Christopher Deroche, Colin Deroche, Cheryl Goodman and Crystal Kelly. Jeff was a proud and loving grandpa of his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Jeff was a member of the Jesse's Roamers motorcycle club and the East Providence Yacht Club and enjoyed dancing and spending time with family and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to remember and celebrate his life on Sunday November 20, 2016 at the LeFoyer Club 151 Fountain Street Pawtucket RI between the hours of 4pm and 8pm. Please bring your favorite story, memory and any photos you might like to share.
