Gerald Malcolm Stern MD FRCP

It is with deep sorrow that I recently learnt of the passing of a dear friend, Gerald . I wish Jenny and the whole of Gerald's family our sincere condolences. I have know Gerald since 1967 when I was post doc with Prof. Merton Sander in London. I have many, memories of Gerald and his absolutely brilliant lectures and wit. I shall never for get his presentation at International Parkinson's Disease Congress in Jerusalem, the tile of which was "who was James Parkinson". Then he flashed a photo of Merton Sandler as James Parkinson. It brought the house down. There wont be one like him and Merton Sandler. They were a great pair and friend.
