Geraldine Boucher, 81, of DuBois, passed away Sunday, June 17, 2012 at DuBois Regional Medical Center.

Born on November 25, 1930 in Adrian Furnance, the daughter of the late William and Emma(Crawford) Frisbie. On September 23, 1950 she married LaMar Boucher, he survives.

Geraldine was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. She was a homemaker, associated with the family business Boucher Toy Center and then finally retired from DuBois Nursing Home. She also enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren and family.

She is survived by her loving husband of also 62 years LaMar Boucher, three children: Shirley and her husband Ralph Gamble of DuBois, Brian and his wife Sheila Boucher of Columbia, SC and Scott and his wife Theresa Boucher of Camp Hill, PA; five grandchildren: Lauren (Matthew) Preston, Lindsay Gamble, Alexandra Boucher, Allison Boucher and Serena(Jim) Padua. Also survived by her dear cousin Almeda "Dolly" Crawford.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and siblings: Gladys Milliron, Dorothy Volkmar, Shirley Frisbie, William Frisbie and James Frisbie. She was the last member of her generation.

Funeral service will be held at 11:00am on Thursday, June 21, 2012 at the Mohney Yargar Funeral Chapel, Inc. with Rev Robert Way officiating.

Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9pm on Wednesday, June 20 at the funeral home. An additional hour of viewing will be held on Thursday from 10:00am until the hour of service at the funeral home.

Memorial donations can be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
