Geraldine Branton

BRANTON Geraldine (Jeri) Elizabeth Of Vancouver passed away gently on July 28 at May's Place Hospice. Jeri is survived by her daughter Lesley Branton (Karen Hoskins), predeceased by her husband Paul Binkley and Sister Jackie Ponting. Lovingly remembered by sisters Marilyn and Carol and her dear nephews and nieces. Jeri will be sadly missed by her friends, the Binkley family, and her extended family across Canada. Jeri was a charming woman who enjoyed life, and a good laugh! She was equally fond of a beer and a hotdog at a baseball game as she was a martini, a fine meal and the opera. A stylish and elegant woman, Jeri appreciated art and design. She was an entrepreneur and business woman who worked in interior design and insurance. Jeri loved to travel. Her most recent trips were with her late husband Paul. They especially enjoyed New York and Costa Rica. The family would like to send special thanks to the generous women of the WISHS Co-op and to the kind and caring nurses at May's Place Hospice. No funeral by request, but donations would be appreciated to May's Place Hospice, Vancouver.
