Geraldine Casto Obituary
Geraldine Elizabeth Casto, 77, of London, died Monday afternoon, July 1, 2013 in her home.
She was born March 7, 1936 in Buffalo,West Virginia, a daughter of Donald and Ann (Simpson) Mitchell.
She was a member of the First Church of God in London, volunteered at Food Through Faith, and loved crocheting and playing the piano.
Geraldine is survived by her mother, Ann Hall of California; husband, Delmer, whom she married Dec. 10, 2012; daughters and sons-in-law, Janie and Tom Miles of California, Verna and Tim Williams of London, Betty and Tracy Burdette of London; grandchildren, Tony Casto, Jessica, Lacey and Logan Miles, Jeff (Amber) Williams, Matt (Megan) Williams, Stacey (Adrian) Oty, Nichole Williams (Jake C.), Tim (Tracey) Williams, Shane Gollihue (Tabitha), Josh Gollihue (Brooke), D.J. Gollihue, Mike (Lynette) Burdette and Jesse Burdette; 13 great-grandchildren; two sisters and two brothers.
She is preceded in death by her father; and daughter, Jeannette Lynn Casto.
The family invites friends to call at the RADER-LYNCH & DODDS FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICE, 124 E. High St., London, Ohio, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 4. A celebration of Geraldine's life will be held immediately following visitation. Reverend Greg Wolfe will be officiating. A graveside service will be held at noon on Friday, July 5, 2013, at the Creston Cemetery in Mason County, West Virginia.
Memorial contributions may be made to Loving Care Hospice. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
