Larry and Leigh: You know how much your mother meant to my family. When Ward died your mother was the only way my mom survived living alone. I knew I could depend on your mom to watch mine, and she did it with love, compassion and kindness. After your mother moved, Nell missed her so much! Your mother was a much loved woman and will be sorely missed.

Your Mom was such a wonderful woman. Always smiling and laughing, and so upbeat. She was a positive influence on so many of us who were blessed enough to know her. Her memory is very dear to me.

We are so sorry about yours and our loss of Gerri. We are also sorry we weren't able to be with you and hate we didn't make our trip in time to see her before she passed that morning. We had many phone conversations with her and we will miss her, too. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and Larry and your families. Please keep in touch. Miss Gerry was such a dear friend to our family, especially to my grandmother, Nell. Miss Gerry watched us grow up and was such a wonderful part of my childhood memories. Larry and Leigh, take comfort in knowing your mother was loved by so many people and that she will be missed.

Today heaven gains a wonderful angel. Miss Gerry welcomed us 15 years ago at Whitefield and we found our church home. She was a wonderful woman and is missed dearly.
