I have had the pleasure to come to know Gerry and Margaret through their many visits to Milwaukee and my life is richer for it. What a special man! Though I haven´t seen him in a little while, I can clearly see his twinkling eyes and wry smile in my mind´s eye. He was so kind and always interested in others. He was an devoted and loving husband, father and grandfather. A prince of a man who will be sorely missed by so many. My deepest condolences to Margaret and the whole family. His memory will live on through you all.

Mr. Hughes was such a kind and gentle soul. We would frequently see him out on a walk through the neighborhood and he would always have a smile and a wave for us! He would never drive by without a wave and a honk as well. My heart goes out to Margaret, Colin, and Arleen, and all of his grandchildren. He will be very missed and remembered so fondly by the Walsh family.
