God love ye Gerry and I hope you are reunited with your family, friends and fellow musicians up in heaven. I´ll miss FaceTiming you and you answering my how are you with, "if I was any better I´d be twins".
You´ll always be my big cuz & I´ll treasure our memories of the old days when our families went on the train to Claremont in Howth & shared cups of tea and the chocolate pineapple cake your Ma brought from the Flamingo Bakery. Somehow the sand never got on the cake but it certainly did on the tomato & egg salad sambos.
Rest in peace Gerry, you deserve it.
