Gerhard REGEHR Obituary
February 29, 1932 – May 23, 2014
Gerhard passed away to be with his Lord on May 23, 2014 at the age of 82 years. Gerhard is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Verna; their children Lorraine (Les) Toth, Darrell (Fran) Regehr, Marilyn (Charlie) Chislaghi, and Janice (John) Borst; their grandchildren, Karly and Matthew Toth, Benjamin and Clare Clifton, and Kevin and Bryan Borst. He is also survived by sister-in-law Mary Regehr and brother-in-law Walter (Betty) Neufeld.
Gerhard was predeceased by son-in-law Robert Clifton, parents Jacob and Anna Regehr, brother Henry Regehr, and sisters Mary Wiens, Neta Neufeld, Selma Neufeld, Erna Warkentin and Frieda Regehr.
Interment will take place at the Tofield Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. on June 3, 2014, followed by a Memorial Service to celebrate his life at 2:00 p.m. at Northgate Baptist Church, 13208-95 St, Edmonton.
Memorial donations may be made to The Gideons or charity of one's choice.

I was sorry that we didn't get to know Gerry, but was blessed to hear from his eulogy what a wonderful man he was! He will be missed and no one will be able to fill the hole he left behind when he was called "home". But God is good, and His strength will carry you through this time of sorrow. Hugs!

Hi Verna
I wanted to talk to you at the funeral but every time I looked you were busy. I haven't talked to you or Gerry in a long time, at another funeral I think. Alice has kept me up to speed on your family and I know you will find a way to continue on.
