Mrs. Gertrude Alexander Dandridge

Gertrude A. Dandridge on January 15, 2011. Beloved wife of the late Ervan Dandridge. Loving mother of Gregory C. Dandridge. Mother in law of Valrita G. Dandridge. Grandmother of Jessica Dandridge. Sister of the late Juanita Lewis, Eula Anderson, Anita MacDonald, Aristile, Horace, Preston and Caffery Alexander. Preceded in death by her parents Clement and Albertine Alexander. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. Mrs. Dandridge was a active member of the Knights of Peter Claver Court 78, Ladies Auxiliary “Our Lady of Good Counsel� (St. Raymond), St. Vincent DePaul Society, and Resurrection Choir at St. Raymond Church. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at St. Leo the Great Church, 2916 Paris Ave., New Orleans, LA 70119 on Saturday, January 22, 2011 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until service time. Interment will be in Metairie Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, Masses are preferred.
