To the Family of Gertrude Heath:
"Aunt Gert" was the most energetic woman I know. We shared many good times over the years at the GMWA National Convention. Aunt Gert was a powerful spiritual woman of God and I loved sitting down and talking with her She had so many stories to tell. Her love for music kept her going. She loved to sing and wherever there was music, there was Aunt Gert. Heaven is rejoicing because another one of God's "singing angels" have joined the Heavenly Choir.
May your memories of a "Virtuous Woman", remain with you.
God Bless!

To the Heath Family, Sister Heath will be missed greatly. The memories, thoughts, prayers and concerns she had for me when I became a Minister's Wife and especially "The Pastor's Wife". Her thoughtfulness in teaching me the "how to", "how not to", "when not to", "when to", "why" and "why nots" have made the person I am today. She never refused to give me any kind of assistance that I needed, no matter how small or insignificant it may have seemed. Thank You So Much for sharing "her with me". Sister Alicia K. Crosby,Wife of Pastor Emeritus, James Crosby Jr, Sunlight Missionary Baptist, Friend and Director of Music.
