To the family. I would like to send my greatest sympathy to the loss of your mother, grandmother, aunt, friend, and other mother. She was an inspiration to everyone she met. She never met any strangers. She was always the loving and kind person whom you could always depend on.

My name is Alwyn Cross, Jr. Nephew of Estrus Tucker, son of Brenda Cross, and Great-Grandson of Clara B. Hillary Taylor. I'm Soo deeply sorry to hear about Aunt Gertrude. She will definitely be missed and loved for the rest of our days. I'm sorry that I wasn't able to make it out with Estrus and Brenda. But, My heart is traveling with them as well as the family. I love you all and once again, I'm sorry that I couldn't make it.
