GOSSELIN, Ghyslaine (née Gauvin)
May 4th, 1934 - December 4th 2012
At the Ottawa Hospital (General Campus), died peacefully Mrs. Ghyslaine Gosselin (née Gauvin) surrounded by her loving husband and three cherished children. Ghyslaine is survived by her beloved husband of 52 years, Dr. Jean-Yves Gosselin, her children: Benoit (Christine), François and Anne-Marie. She is pre- deceased by her parents, Albert and Joan Gauvin, her brothers, Jean-Claude and Jean- Marc, her daughter-in-law, Geneviève Dionne, and son-in-law Ted Hunter. She will be sorely missed and lovingly remembered by her grandchildren; Sophie, Stephanie, Alexandre, Julien, Philippe, Emmanuelle, Erik and Patrick, her sisters-in-law, Lyette Jacques, Huguette Jackson, Marguerite and Thérèse Gosselin, and her brother-in-law, Jean-Marie Coté, as well as her many nieces and nephews, cousins and dear friends. Visitations will take place at the Beechwood Funeral Center, 280 Beechwood Avenue Ottawa, on Thursday, December 13th from 14h00-16h00 and 19h00-21h00. The funeral service will take place at the Notre-Dame Cathedral – Basilica, 385 Sussex Drive, Friday December 14th at 10h00. The family wants to express their thanks to the members of the family medicine team, allied health workers as well as to the nurses of the 6SW and 5NE for their excellent care.
