Dear Anna, please accept my deepest condolences. It is with great sadness that I heard the news about his passing. Gil will forever hold a very special place in my life--someone who introduced me to the Bahai Faith at the age of 16--a Faith that has shaped my life every day since. I remember him as a wise, thoughtful and kind mentor, as someone whose life and character were a testament to his beliefs. I hold dear our many conversations about the purpose of life, the meaning of religion and admire his brilliant scientific mind. Dear Anna, I am very sadden about your loss. I miss Gilbert very much. He was a wonderful friend with the big heart. I loved reading his articles and listening to his stories about his life, his passion to nuclear physics and Baha'i religion.
Anna, although no words can really help to ease the loss you bear, just know that you are very close in my thoughts and prayers.
