Gil was an outstanding person, pilot and friend to all. May you RIP, my sympathies to all family members.

My Uncle Gil was always a source of guidance in my early years and he could help you learn your lesson when needed. I always looked up to him and how he was so caring and kind, his wisdom was endless. Uncle Gil will surely be missed here on earth, but his legacy will live on. Fly free Uncle Gil!

I am a current member of St. Vincent de Paul at St. Gabriels Parish and just want to extend my condolences to the entire family, especially Arsenia. Gil sounds like such a wonderful man and the twinkle in his eye in his photo attests to a great personality. I wish I had know him in this life but hope to meet him in the next. ~ a friend in Christ,

Fly free Gil. We started out as you were my customer. And after a few years you made me feel like family. You were a great man in everything you did. And my life was a little better for have knowing you. I will do my best to look over your family. And my heart I broken knowing I will never get the chance to stop bu to chat. And knowing there will never be another dinner at Capitol Grill. I will honor your life in the best way I can. You sir are a true American hero. God speed Gil. Loved in life as you are in death.

He was a kind man and a great brother-in-law. I have a lot of good memories spent with him and the whole family. His lifetime of accomplishments is nothing short of amazing.
