Gil, so you've left us for a better place going to that great football pitch in the sky, hope you got a good seat and will keep an ever vigilant eye on the rest of us mortals you left behind. As one of the few good ones who really made a positive difference to the State Referee Program, you will be missed. To your family, I wish them all my deepest heartfelt condolences and ask that they always remember that you made all of those who were fortunate to have come in contact with you through their involvement with the sport of proper football a much better person.
