Giles F. Lewis

Giles visited with myself and prospective wife. He did our wedding in Galveston in 1983. He was also instrumental in getting me to sign up with the choir at St. John the Devine, Houston TX

We really appreciated our association with him at St John the Divine for several years.

Giles has been an important person in my/our lives. What a blessing to have time with him (Carolina & John, too) year before last. Texas Companions of the Holy Cross send their love for all - so many good memories of thoughtfulness, compassion and lots of smiles and laughter. Rev. Lewis was my faith instructor when I became an Episcopalian in 1989 and a member of St. John the Divine Episcopal Church . I have always remembered his deep faith and kindness towards his church family. Dianne Hagood

Giles was a fine,kind and caring man. I am sorry to have missed the celebration of his wonderful life today as we were out of town.
