Our dearest memories of "Peppinella" date back from our childhood when our parents would drive down to New York for summer holidays or a wedding. It seems like yesterday that we all took a road trip from Canada and the door was always open. Peppinella and Riccardo would be ready for all the aunts, uncles and cousins and had all the sleeping arrangements set up, food was ready, and she would even book you a hair appointment before you could unpack your bags! She was an amazing lady and although those roads trips became fewer, we always remember that your sweet mother had a beautiful smile and that warm little chuckle that made us so happy to spend time with the family.
