I was so blessed to have a grandma like the one I had. I spent countless summers, holidays and 'just days' with her. She was always kind, loving and never had a bad word to say about anyone. She never let you think you were better than anyone else. She helped so many that she wasn't only my grandma...she was 'grandma' to others also! There will NEVER be another like her! And the hole in my heart can never be filled! I will miss you grandma....I Love You! I so glad I was able to 'tell' you that over and over and over again!

My deepest condolences to the Mills family. While I was preaching at Southside what I remember most about Gladys was her hugs. She was a lady who brightened the room wherever she was. She will be deeply missed by many on earth, but greatly welcomed by her Father in heaven.

Ms. Gladys I will look forward to your "HI BABY" and your bear hug that I will receive from you in Heaven. I will also look forward to the feast we all will have "when we all get to Heaven." I wonder who'll be helping to cook that meal? My love to George and Selma, Sandra and Megan and Marcia. Good Ole' Southside Days!

To the family! Today you celebrate the life of a mother, grandmother, aunt, friend.....a Christian. I reminisce of many happy times while growing up. My prayers are with you this day. Psalm 30:5 Weeping may last through the night, but joy comes with the morning!

Just heard the news about "Mrs. Mill's Homegoing". Proverbs 4:18 declares there is no "sunset" in the life of the Christian believer; and Gladys Mills was one of God's daughters who walked a path that got brighter and brighter and ended in the land of endless day because Revelation 21:25 says, "There will be no night there".
Our deepest sympathy and prayers are with all of you.
