I am so pleased to see the Gladys Taylor name above the doors of the Irricana Public Library.As she was a writer and publisher, it was an inspired choice.

My Aunt was a brilliant, funny women who had an adventurous spirit and lived life to the fullest. I will never forget her laugh.

Gladys' courage and entrepreneurship were an inspiration to all women. Her humour and her bright mind attracted all to her.

I only met Gladys a few times when I was visiting with my Mom at the Bethany, but my sister Wendy spent countless hours with Gladys and told me many interesting stories about their time spent talking and going for long walks in the sun.What a beautiful lady. She contributed so much to make our lives more interesting. Thank you Gladys.

A wonderful lady and a great boss who always encouraged me to write more during my many years with the newspaper. She will be missed by all who knew her.
