Glen Angus....My old childhood friend that I spent many summer days with. From Kindergarten through high school we laughed, played and dreamed of many things together. Having lost touch with you years ago, I often wondered what you were up to. I am thrilled to hear about your successes and saddened by this tremendous loss. Although we haven't spoke in years, I still and always will remember you like it was yesterday. You were a great friend to me, thank you for that.

Angus Family - My brother Chris and I are so deeply saddened by Glen's passing. I will always remember him as such a cute little boy with a really twisted sense of humor. He was one of my brother's dearest friends growing up in Windsor. His many accomplishments must make you exceptionally proud. Our deepest and sincerest condolences.

Carolyn,
No words can make this any easier for you or help you to make sense of this terrible tragedy. We are thinking of you and the kids and remembering Glen with a smile on our face. Stay strong.

Glen was more than a teacher, he was an inspiration and a mentor. He always pushed you to do and be more as an artist and a person. He will be missed. My thoughts and prayers go out to Glen, his friends and family.

No words can express our sadness. To say we are shocked is an understatement. Only weeks before at a gathering Cindy and I attended at my mothers home, Diane and Jim were talking about Glen and how he was doing. You have been in our thoughts since his passing and we have a new appreciation on how precious life truly is. We will see you on Monday night.

One of the things that hasn't been mentioned here was Glen's incredible talent and natural skill at martial arts. He was a highly successful, higly ranked assistant instructor in traditional Chinese Kung Fu (Tong Long). He was the first person in the Windsor area to be awarded his title of "Si-Bai" and attain his red sash (equivalent of black belt in karate/Tae Kwon Do systems). He was a phenomenal forms stylest and could perform flying and spinning kicks that would soar over your head faster than you could blink. He was smart, loyal, incredibly funny and compassionate. Above all else, he was my cherished friend, my only older Kung-Fu brother and my hero. I am a better person for knowing him and as long as I live I will never forget Glen, his humour, his laughter and the many good times we shared. I send my deepest condolences to his beloved Carolyn, his cherished children and his family.

To our dear friends, Caroline & the Angus Family;
We were so shocked by the news of Glen's passing. Still finding this very hard to believe....It wasn't that long ago when Glen & Caroline made the trip to our home in Japan, doodling amazing works of art for the Dupuis' boys and our Japanese friends on napkins and scrap paper (this, after signing autographs for his Japanese fans lined up 3,000 deep in Tokyo, not to mention a hair-raising adventure which led to them being stranded on Mt. Fuji, and Glen to the rescue with his excellent Japanese language ability
). His works of love hang on walls in the Dupuis' homes in Windsor and in Osaka. Glen will be remembered dearly, and fondly, crowned as the Windsor boy with the "best" sense of humour (in spite of our ongoing rivalry, let there be no doubt!). The Canada-Man & Canada-Boy series co-starring Glen will live on forever, just like Glen's charm.
Glen has left a legacy of creativity and love, and we are all better people for having known him. We miss you Canada Boy.
In our thoughts and prayers,
Paul, Mika, Kengo & Seigo Dupuis

Glen was an incredible person both artistically and personally. He was a major inspiration for me not only for his phenomenal talent as an artist but also for being so successful in a small city such as Windsor Ontario, which where I am also originally from. When I finished school at St Clair College, Glen helped me out a whole lot when I started my career as a freelancer which goes to show he was a dedicated teacher and a truly kind hearted person. He will be missed.
