Jim trained me as a dispatcher in 1964. I always enjoyed his humor and police knowledge. He will be missed.

I am a retired Noblesville Police Officer, I never met Jim but heard stories about him. I think they called him Scotty. My dad was a reserve back in the early 60's and I remember dad talking about what a good man he was. Sorry for your loss.
