After a heroic and dignified battle with ALS (Lou Gehrigs Disease) Glen passed away peacefully at home in his sleep. Glen was born in Fort Dodge, Iowa August 30, 1955. He moved to Stockton in 1960 with his family. He attended St. Luke’s Catholic Elementary School, St. Mary’s High School and Delta College. After attending Delta College he partnered with his Dad and brother in their family construction business. In 1980 he married the love of his life, Linda Frost. Together, they had “Glen’s Girls� Kourtney and Candace. Glen had a passion for life that included: his three girls and family, golf, road trips to Las Vegas, golf, fine wine with friends and golf. He was also anxiously awaiting the arrival of his twin grandsons that will be with us in October. Glen was preceded in death by his Mom, Maureen Halligan. Survived by his Dad, Richard Halligan, loving wife Linda, his daughters Candace and Kourtney Scott (Wes), siblings Brian Halligan and Julie Alejandre (Jerry) and numerous nieces and nephews. A Rosary for Glen will be held Tuesday, June 7, 2011 at 6:00 p.m. at the DeYoung Memorial Chapel, 601 N. California St., Stockton, CA. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Luke’s Catholic Church, Wednesday, June 8th at 10:00 a.m. Donations in Glen's memory may be made to the ALS Association, for information go to: www.alssac.org There will be no visitation. Committal will be private.
