Glen was a year older than me while we were attending high school and we socialized during that time period and interestingly I ran across Glen in the 1990’s and we went to lunch and caught up a little. It was really nice to hear from Glen in the last couple of years and we had a good discussion about the span of our lives and what has been accomplished since high school and I was glad to know that Glen has become a genuinely good man and some one who has a personal relationship with God. Bless you Glen on your journey through the eternities. God speed

Our family wanted so much to be at Glen's funeral. Most were out of town for the holiday or had out of town family staying with them. We were thinking of all of you. You have had some real trials to go through with the loss of Joel and Glen and all the other things families experience. We are so grateful for our understanding of further life. It's those of us who are left behind that suffer their loss for the time being. You are such a great family and are a wonderful support to one another. We send our love and our prayers to all of you.

Our love and prayers go out to all our dear Heaton cousins and Aunt Ellen. I was thinking of Uncle Bud and Aunt Velma on their birthday wondering what they were up to in heaven together, not realizing that Uncle Bud was welcoming Glenn home. What a wonderful reunion to contemplate! We love you all.

Glen is a one of a kind man! I had to opportunity to work with Glen for many years in the Forest Service. Glen cared about people more than anything else at work, he wanted everyone to succeed and find happiness both at work and at home. Glen took opportunities to help me see situations and challenges in different ways, more caring and compassionate ways. He always asked how my family was doing, asked about me and knew how to provide advice and support in caring ways.
I can't express adequately my gratitude for Glen and all that he did for me.
