GLEN YOUNG Obituary
Age 63, of Pittsburgh, passed away suddenly at home on Sunday, June 8, 2014. Son of the late Thomas and Ruth Young. He is survived by his sons, Ryan Young and Jason Williams; and siblings, Kevin (Alicia) Young of Chester WV, and Mariann (Bud) McGee of Home, PA; niece, Lesley; nephews, Seth and Robert; and six grand-nieces and nephews. Glen worked for many years at Robert Wholey & Co. One of his greatest passions was being a trainer at the Carrick Community Boxing Academy. Glen's passion for life, helping others, and training boxers, brought great joy to himself, family, and friends. He will be missed. Visitations Tuesday 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the BORON FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1719 Brownsville Road. Services on Wednesday at 10:00 a.m.

Ryan and Jason, Heartfelt sympathy to and the family. Your dad was an incredible person. He is the only person whom I know that could read 3 books at the same time and hold a conversation about each of their details,. Toot and I, in addition to Clem and Jan, enjoyed his visits to Oregon and catching up with him during our Pittsburgh visits. Glen will always be in our hearts.

Glen was a great guy and I am so thankful that he was a part of my life at one time. To Ryan, Patty, Sara and the Young Family I hope you all hold him close in your hearts and memories. He "touched" so many lives and will be missed. May he rest in peace........
