Glenda Onita Payne

I found out the sad news of Glenda's passing after the fact as I don't live in Gadsden anymore. I worked with her at J.C.P. for several years. She was always good to me. Every time I would see her at Belk she always asked about my family because she truly cared. She even asked about me and my family when I last spoke to her by phone (Belk) in October. What a great lady that will be missed by many!

O how my heart was broken when I found out Ms.Glenda had past. I work with her for years at MCRae's and Belk. She was such and encouraging person. I stop working at Belk in June 2012 and she was so glad I had gotten another job in my field, when I told her I put in for the job she would ask me every few day had I heard anything. When I got the job I think she was happier than I was! She will truely be missed by many people.

Was sorry to hear about my friend Glenda. I first got to know Glenda working with her at JCPenney several year ago and have remained friends since. Will miss seeing her smiling face coming in Penneys to see me. God Bless to the Family. She was a very special person, and I was Blessed to have known her.
