Glenda N. Wright, age 72 of Cookeville, passed away on Tuesday, September 20, 2022 at her home. Funeral services will be held on Friday, September 23, 2022 at 1:00 pm at the Jennings Funeral Homes-Clarkrange Chapel. Burial will follow in the Wright's Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Jennings Funeral Homes-Clarkrange Chapel. Glenda is survived by her: Children, Joyce Ragland and husband Bobby, Jody Wright and Amanda Oaf, Tim Wright and wife Tonya; Grandchildren, Sara & Ethan Ragland, Shania Hammock and husband Daniel, Johnny, Amber & Jasmine Wright, Brooklyn & Brandon Wright, Brittney Greanya & husband Brock, Haley Hensley, Trent Glass, Ashley & Reed Maynard, Amber Hawkins; Eight Great Grandchildren; Siblings, Linda Wright and husband Bobby, Emogene Bowden, Betty York, Everett Cook; A host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends. She is preceded in death by her: Husband, Billy J. Wright; Parents, Denton Cook and Hazel (Barnett) Cook Franklin; Siblings, Bernard Cook, Elbert Cook, Roger Cook, Boyd Cook, Bonnie West, Mary Lou Beaty, Barbara Tays; In lieu of flowers, the family request donations to be made towards funeral expenses.
