Commissioner Glenn Brown was a stellar representative for Burbank on the Board of the Metropolitan Water District. One of my most memorable times was listening to Glenn on our tour of the Hoover Dam and its infrastructure. He was a remarkable and accomplished man with a good sense of local politics and a great sense of humor.

Glenn Brown was one of the finest gentleman I have ever met. He was a great geologist and the best professional mentor one could ever hope to have in the field of geology. I will be forever grateful for the opportunity he gave me out of college to start my career and the patient instruction he provided during my formative years as a professional geologist. He will be so missed. Thank you Glenn

Glenn was a class act with a wonderful sense of humor. I cannot remember having a conversation with him when we did not have a laugh. The staff who worked for him always recognized how blessed we were to have such a great boss, mentor, and friend. We are his legacy. He is going to be missed.

Thank you, Glenn, for being an incredible leader and mentor to me as a young geologist. You taught me so much in the time I served under you. You led by example, your work ethic, honesty, attention to deal, giving encouragement and opportunities to grow. You were a leader among men, always professional, showing us how to treat others with respect, especially those you didn't agree with. Thank you for all that you did not only for me, but for all of us who had the opportunity to have you as their boss and mentor. You will never be forgotten. Your legacy will live on forever! May you rest in peace.
