Glenn Clouser 69 of Mercedes, Texas passed Sunday December 16, 2018 at his home.

He was born December 25, 1948 to Carl and Gertrude Clouser (deceased). He grew up in the Harrisburg, P.A. area attending Wm Penn High School. He enlisted in the United States Air Force. SSGT Clouser ended his career with an honorable discharge after serving his country for 11 years 7 months and 19 days. He received his Associate in Science Degree from Iowa Western College in Council Bluffs, IA. His working career was at Gulf Central Pipeline also for EA Pederson Company in Omaha Nebraska as a design engineer for substations. He designed the company logo for EA Pederson Company. He volunteered at the Nebraska Psychiatric Institute for adolescents. The Midlands Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society in Omaha Nebraska, receiving the highest honor that the chapter can bestow an individual the "Flo Hansen" volunteer of the year award. Council Bluff, Iowa library gift shop and cataloger. He was also a work camper at Llano Grande Resort information and activities department, always willing to help out when needed. Among his hobbies and interest were playing his harmonica, bowling, biking, crocheting, vehicle restoration, fishing, cars and most of all loved being a fabricator of stories and seeing people's reactions when they realized it was a fabricated story (lie). He married Kay Schaulis Carda May 15, 1980 survived by wife Kay of 38 years, children Tim Carda (Tammy) of College Station, Texas, Yvonne Ilic (Marco) of Germany, 6 grandchildren Tray Carda (Jody), Trevor Carda, Tiffany, Anthony, Lisa, Sonja, and 2 great grandchildren Tristyn and Gracelyn Carda. Sisters Betty and Sharon, Brothers Fred and Carl Jr.

Celebration of Life will be held at Llano Grande Resort Mercedes, Texas January 12, 2019 at 2PM.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be given in Glenn's name to the charity of your choice.
