Glenn McEACHERN

McEACHERN _ Glenn Richard, born May 10, 1929 in Maxim, Saskatchewan. Passed away peacefully in his sleep on December 24, 2003 at the age of 74. Survived by brothers, Bruce (Elnora), Art (Glady), Ronnie (Sheila) and sister Donnetta; sons, Vance (Nicole), Neil (Kathy); grandchildren Meaghan, Scott, Douglas, Danielle and Keenan; extended family John and Glenna Murray, Darryl and Kathleen McEachern, Angus and Marj McEachern and their families. Glenn lived in Langley, BC for over 60 years, living the past 7 years in Albion, BC. He was active in the fishing industry throughout his life, first as a fisherman, then as a director with the United Fisherman and Allied Workers Union and finally enjoying the past several years working behind the fish counter at his brother Bruce's store. There is much comfort in knowing he was surrounded by the love and support of family and community over his last days. A service will be held in his memory on Friday January 2, 2004, 1:30 pm, at the Maple Ridge Funeral Chapel, 11969 - 216 St. Maple Ridge, BC.
