Glenn Thomas Pope, 73, of Hope Mills, died Thursday, July 26, 2018. Born June 14, 1945 in Clinton, NC, Glenn was the son of the late Rev. William Ellis Pope and Pauline West Pope. Glenn served as a Deputy Sheriff in Cumberland County for 20 years. He is survived by his wife, Margeaux Pope; 5 children, Glenda Lambert, Crystal Barrera, Thomas Pope, John Sanborn, and Michael Martinez; sister, Helen Sykes; brother, WIlliam Pope; 14 grandchildren; and 8 great grandchildren. Glenn was a loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, and friend who will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him.

I'm so sorry for your loss, He was a great man he will be missed until we see him again. Just know we all are praying for your heart and mind to be at ease, with the peace from the Holy Spirt of the one who now stands arm and arm with Glenn,our Lord and Savior Jesus.
Know that you are not alone and you just Lean in hard on our Lord God who will see you through this short time apart from Glenn, as he is gone ahead to prepare for our arrival when you will see him again.
Bless you and all of those close to Glenn and may GodsHoly Spirt guide you and Comfort you in this sad time.
