Sam and I have such fond memories of visiting with Gloria at Brian & Veronica's house. She was very loved by her family and will be missed tremendously.

We have many fond memories of our visits with Ken, gloria and veronica in California and their trips to Iowa to visit us. Gloria was an elegant woman who cared very much about family. We had fun together along with many serious discussions about life. She was a devout Catholic and was successful in retail sales and as a buyer. They loved following veronicas school activities along with their grandchildrens activities. We will really miss her. May she rest in peace.

Gloria, may God's eternal light shine upon you and may your light glow brightly from your heavenly home and continue to inspire us who were privileged to know you and love you!

Gloria has been a treasured friend for many years beginning with her volunteer religious education teaching at St. John Vianney Parish in Hacienda Heights in the 1980's! Her dedication to creative preparation for each class plus her love for her Faith and children, left a cherished legacy among many of her young students. Her devoted love for her husband, Ken, and daughter Veronica, in the early years of family blossomed into a wider family with Veronica's marriage to Brian and their children, Zachary and Maddie. Wherever my ministry took me, Gloria and I continued our correspondence and updates on family. While she was a wise woman salesperson for Clinique, I can only imagine the number of people she encountered who were never the same, because of her passion for helping them feel good about themselves! Gloria modeled a woman happy to be a woman, with her elegance, spirituality and generosity. I can hear our Loving God welcome her to heaven with these words: "Well done, Gloria, you have an honored place in my Father's mansion! Kenneth is waiting there for you!"

Gloria has been a wonderful friend. She truly was a classy lady in all she said and did. My most recent memories are of the times we spent watching the birds and the flowers and sharing memories when when I visited her. She will be greatly missed but never forgotten. She has left behind her wonderful, supportive daughter, son-in-law, grandson, and granddaughter. You all meant the world to her. With love, Joanie

I have some good memories from my first visit to California when I was 17. I think she worked for Clinique' at the time and gave me some samples and tips. What a treat that was! It was Aunt Gloria who introduced me to lavender eye shadow. My high school photos weren't the same after that! We are praying for lots of love and God's comfort this week, and as time goes on. May you be able to cherish your memories of her and celebrate her love.

Grief can be so hard, but our special memories help us cope. Remembering you and your loved one today and always.

Although I didn't know your mom, I know she raised a beautiful woman inside and out and through YOU her legacy lives on. You did a lot in terms of caregiving for her and were always there right til the end. Love, prayers and hugs for my grieving dear friend.

Remember the great visits when Ken and Gloria and Veronica came to our house. Remember Gloria's reaction when Veronica came back from the pond with a surprise in a bucket!

Your Mom was a beautiful and wonderful person in our life who will be dearly missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time. Sending my love and comfort during this difficult time.
