I pray God's comfort for each family member and many joyous memories. I rejoice for her reunions in heaven and her seeing her Jesus face to face.

I'm a "somewhat" writer, and yet I don't have the words, enough truly "meat and potato" words to authentically describe what a full-fledged friend Gloria was to me. We shared so many humorous, ridiculous, funny/unfunny times that only my heart will be able to encompass and retain what her friendship meant to me.
Like, together we would paint an exterior porch on their house in Casa Grande, Az. in 112 degree heat, taking paint out of a trash bag-lined, large garbage can in which every remnant of paint from all the old cans in their shed was dumped and mixed.....the resulting color "blah something". We each filled our pan and "rolled", and when that pan was empty, we'd go jump in Gloria's pool......then back out to paint another panful, ad infinitum.
Or picking bushels full of ripe prickly pears out in the desert, enough to completely fill the bed of my large pickup truck.....only to boil them all .vigorously to "desticker" them so we could go on to the process of straining them all through cloths into large pots before starting the grueling assembly-line process that ended up yielding as many as 250 jars of scrumptious jelly.
Or.....or....or...
She was one of my dearest friends.....to the end, and beyond.
