GLORIA ANN (MASALSKI)
Age 89, formerly of Akron, Ohio, died peacefully, on Monday evening, July 31, 2017. Beloved wife for 54 years of the late Dr. Edward J. Lash; devoted mother of Clifford (Chris) Lash of Atlanta, GA, Barbara (Scott) Davidson of Mt. Lebanon, Erica (Steve) Jones of Gibsonia, Susan (John) Kiley of Manchester by the Sea, MA, David (Pam) Lash of Atlanta, GA and Kara (Joel) Monson of Salt Lake City, UT; loving grandmother of Edward (Melissa), Mary Beth (James), Emily, Tommy (Kate), Andrew, Caitlin (Marshall), Kelly (S.G.), Caroline, William, Kevin, Teddy and Annie; also survived by 11 great-grandchildren. Family and friends will gather for a Mass of Christian Burial, Saturday morning at 9:30 in Saint Anne Church, 400 Hoodridge Drive, Pittsburgh (Castle Shannon), PA 15234. Interment will be private. If desired, family suggests memorials may be made to Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation, 4401 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15224. LAUGHLIN CREMATION & FUNERAL TRIBUTES, INC.

A TRULY BEAUTIFUL WOMAN. SHE WAS SO KIND, FUNNY, SILLY AND FULL OF LIFE. I KNOW YOU WILL ALL MISS HER GREATLY AS WILL I. I WILL HOLD HER AND ALL OF YOU IN MY HEART. MY MEMORIES OF HER ARE ALL OF JOY. I, JUST LAST WEEK TOOK A DRIVE PAST HER CHILDHOOD HOME ON WEST MORELAND IN PARMA AND FOND MEMORIES CAME BACK OF WHEN SHE AND YOU FATHER WERE DATING. THEY WOULD SIT IN THE FOYER AND YOUR DAD WOULD GIVE ME A DOLLAR TO GO AND SIT ON THE PORCH AND KEEP YOUR GRAMDMOTHER SOPHIE OCCUPIED. SOPHIE AND MY MOTHER WERE SISTERS. MY HEART HURTS AT YOUR LOSS.
