Just wanted to say you have been on my mind a lot lately. I have even had some rememberably dreams about you and the family the last few days. Like I said before you will always be in my heart and my memories. Until we see each other again I can only hope that you will continue to show up in my dreams and remind me of what a wonderful loving Aunt you were and how much you were a part of my life. Camping..... going to get our Christmas trees ...... and much more. I love you and miss you everyday.

It has been almost one year since God took a beautuful Angel home. We were left here broken hearted and all alone. Our hearts are full of memories and we often speak your name and tho life goes on without you it will never be the same. You are loved and sadly missed each day that passes by, but we know you are much happier at your home in the sky. We love You and miss you.

Aunt Jean, was one of the most kind hearted ,loving women I have had the pleasure of knowing in my life.she always had a kind word and smile for everyone. She gave love like breathing . I will miss her. She will always live on in all the people she loved.

My First Christmas In Heaven

I see the countless Christmas trees, around the world below,
With tiny lights, like heaven's stars, reflecting on the snow.
The sight is s0 spectacular, please wipe away that tear,
For I am spending Christmas with Jesus this year!

I hear the many Christmas songs, that people hold so dear,
But the sounds of music can't compare with the Christmas choir up here.
I have no words to tell you, the joy their voices bring,
For it's beyond description to hear the angels sing.

Jean was a wonderful woman, she was feeling sick and she came to my house in Pennsylvania to help me care for her brother Jerry, who has stage 4 cancer. I won't forget the day she arrived outside of University Hospital in Newark New Jersey. She flew in and took a cab from the airport to stay at the hospital with Jerry, she never left him and kept watch over him to make sure he was getting good care. It gave me peace of mind when I couldn't be there. Then when he was discharged she came to my house and stayed with jerry and my husband Mark who is ill also. I truly miss Jean and our visits to Panera bread(the black bean soup was her favorite). She has left a lasting impression on me and will always be in my heart and prayers. Kim Weber

To all of our family and friends: It's o.k. for us all to be mad and hurting because we have all lost someone special to us. We are going to help each other by our memories. Each of us has special ones, and we need to talk, laugh and cry together. I remember when Gloria Jean was born. She was my baby sister and my real life baby doll. I wanted to carry her every place. Mama would say, “Put her down. She needs to rest.” I would hit the crib and wake her up. Then I got to rock her back to sleep. She was so precious to me, but as she got older, she wanted to follow me around. She would tell on me. I taught her to swim, skate and even sew some. She will live in our hearts because she loved all of us. We will miss her. She would say, “Don't grieve for me. Go to each other and talk about me. I'm still with you all.” So tell everyone. I'm going to say let's have our memories. She always told my friends, “My name is Jean, not Gloria Jean.” And now we know what we must do. Find you within us, face you and your leaving, and hold you with us long enough this time to say our own goodbye to you in our own way, taking as long as we need to take. We know from experience that no one can say anything to comfort the family at this time, through all the struggles, and to the end. I had the privilege of knowing Jeanne for only a short period of time. It was enough to know how wonderful, caring and loving she was. I met her in a NJ hospital, when she came to care for her brother. Sleeping in the chair, by his side, being there for him every minute of the day and night and not thinking of herself even though she was already sick. She showed all of us how much family meant to her and how much of a loving person she was.
