Gloria's Family, I just found out about Gloria's passing three weeks ago as I walked down Coronado St. with my two dogs. I stopped to ask for her and was greatly saddened to hear such news. I just couldn't continue my walk. She was a sophomore when I was a freshman at Rio Mesa. I only went there a few months, but I'll always remember the rides home on the bus, the hamburger stand in the corner of Nyleand Acres and of course the walks home. She was a beautiful girl that left to soon from this world. I'll always remember you Gloria, my friend. I wish I would have spent more time with you. My thoughts are with your family. God bless. I grew up with Vanessa and Samaniegos so I knew Gloria pretty well. She was the type of person who would take the shirt off her back for you without hesitation. I remember her coming to our softball games, cheering us on like there was not tommorrow. She will be missed greatly. God Bless You,Gloria!

He is one of our close family friends and she was able to meet him a few times and ended up being one of his biggest fans. I will be sure to give him the sad news of Glorias passing. I love My Tia very much!! She was one of the Strongest Single Mothers I knew. She was always their for her kids and anyone elses, no matter what!! She was always a fighter and a Go Getter!!!! And man, she made some bomb sopita (smile)...You will be missed by all! I love you Tia, may you Rest in Peace with the Good Lord!!!!

So sorry to hear of Gloria's long struggle and Passing. I bet heaven is a much more exciting place now! I wish I could have been there to give you all my condolences. I'm glad Cruz was able to attend for us. Give everyone a hug, and know that I am praying for your family.
