Gloria Jean Selzer

Gloria Jean Selzer, born April 28, 1933, passed from this life into eternal life with her family by her side. She is preceded in death by her parents, Angelo and Elena Tarquinio, her husband Robert, her brothers Anthony, Armond, Arthur, Stephen, Gino and Victor, and her sisters Gerarda, Gilda, Ann and Nelda and her daughter Michelle. She is survived by her sons, Paul (Erna), Mark (Kate), Joe, Thomas (Mike), Patrick (Robin). She is admired and loved greatly by her grandchildren: Nicole, Jessica, Breanna, Christopher, Andrew, Vi, Danielle, Ian, Rochelle and her great-grandchildren; Scotty, Kylie, Trinity, Tyler, Caleb, Luke and Malachi. Gloria was affectionately known by her nickname "Glo" given to her by her friend, Maggie. Glo was known most appreciatively for her famous lasagna and maple breakfast rolls, their reputation preceded her. Her daughter Michelle, her pride and joy, will be leading the greeting committee to welcome her into eternal life. Glo is also survived by her sister (and her best friend), Geraldine, who resides in Mission Viejo. Glo's reputation for caring, kindness, laughter and smile will carry on in the memories of all who were touched by her. Ave Maria, Shubert's version, sung by her favorite singer, Andrea Bocelli, is her favorite hymn. We also suspect that somewhere in Heaven, there's a piano, with Glo sitting at the keys, with all of her loved ones sharing the bench and singing their hearts out to our Lord.
