Aunt Gloria,

Not only were you a beautiful woman but you were a beautiful soul. You were always my rock during the hard times I encountered as a child, a teenager and as the woman I grew to be this very day. How blessed we are to have had you in our lives and share in all our adventures, struggles and achievements. We will forever thank the good Lord above for making us family. You always instilled in each of us that family was the most important above all else in this world and that reflects in every one of us and our own families today. You would always remind all your nieces and nephews that you loved us the same and there was never a day that passed in which we didn't know how deeply you loved us. To my wonderful cousins George, Greg and Gina our love and prayers are with you during this most difficult time. Tia, we will always hold dear your wish of keeping the family together as long as we remain on this earth. Now you may rest in eternal peace with Uncle George, Mama, Daddy and all your extended family that is watching over us above. Through all the wonderful memories you will forever live on in our hearts and through our actions.

Till we meet again,

Your "favorite" Niece

My dear Aunt Gloria, I will always remember our trip to Georgia and running through the airport faster than I have ever run before. I will cherish the smell of Fritos and Tabasco sauce. I will laugh at the few times I played Bingo with you. Life does not end with "goodbye," but rather with "See you later." So keep a seat warm for me and, if you don't mind, put in a good word for me with the Man in Charge. Hearts will grieve, but spirits can stand strong with comfort that you are in eternal piece.
