Gordon Larson

LARSON It is with much grief and sorrow that we announce the passing of our dearly beloved husband, father and grandfather, Gordon Robert Larson. He is predeceased by his parents, Lewis and Marie Larson and brother, Rodney all of Peace River, AB. Gord is survived by his much loved wife, Rhoda; children, Becky Larson, grandchildren, Jordan, Mary and Ariel; James (Shannon), granddaughter, LeeAnna; Christine (Dale) Patterson, grandson, James all of Regina; his favorite sister-in-law, Lynne (Terry) Stuart. Gordon passed away on Saturday, April 3, 2010 at the Pasqua Hospital after a courageous battle with cancer surrounded by his wife of 38 years, Rhoda (nee Peltier), family and dear friends. Gord worked for the City of Regina for 25 years. Upon retirement he started in his true love of driving semis for Co-op in Regina. For many years his free time was spent chauffeuring his grandson and friends to and from hockey games and tournaments, always beside him, his wife, Rhoda. Funeral Mass will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 8, 2010 at Holy Child R.C. Church, 2636 7th Ave. E., Regina, SK with Fr. Lorne Crozon as Celebrant.
