About my aunt Grace: I would first meet her at my grandmother's funeral in 1979 ... She took in my brother and me (as we were teenagers) and never missed a beat (staying together up until she left). We continued to keep in close contact with each other. Grace was a woman that exuded pure love. She always wanted her family (together) to know each other, and she was a true soldier for God. When the maker created her he did some of his best work ... I will always treasure the talks and the memories (of the things she told me). I will miss her dearly, and I want the family to know that I love her and that we lost a precious Jewel. ❤❤ Aunt Grace you were the best, so rest my love. I share my condolences to the family and to her husband with all my love

To aunt graces husband (whom I only met once) and all the immediate family please accept our family´s condolences. My heart is heavy as I think of the conversations we had (that I looked forward to) auntie. Aunt Grace was a walking, talking, and laughing book of knowledge for all who would listen. She often shared her insights (only she knew) about mom (Viola Singleton) who she referred to by her nickname (sister), my uncle Silas (whom I only met once), and my grandmother whom I never got a chance to see or know (Mrs. Edna-May Bines Singleton). As much as I try I can´t express in words the gravity of our loss nor my gratitude for the short time we shared laughing about my mom's past. Our lives were made that much happier and whole knowing you would be there on the other end of our phone (and know as you journey beyond..we must learn to carry). Lastly, I will miss your voice and funny laugh... I will miss your spirit and determination and.. most important your acceptance and love.
RIP Aunt Grace you´ve earned it

I would like to send my deepest condolences to Aunt Grace's husband, family members and friends today. She was a loving and loyal member of the Brown family. She welcomed me as a member of the family when my husband, Marvin Brown, married me. She was always so concerned and loving toward everyone who met her. Rest in peace, Aunt Grace. I will miss her voice when she called to check up on our branch of the huge Savannah family members across the United States. God bless her soul!
