Grace J. Migliore

Beacon - Grace J. Migliore passed away peacefully on August 30th, 2014 at the age of 95 at Elant in Fishkill.

She was predeceased by her husband Joseph at the age of 87 and her daughter Georgene Corti. on July 14th, 2014 and a grandson, Steven Parascandola . They have been joined together once again in Heaven.

She was born on October 20th, 1918 in Jersey City, New Jersey to the late Frank and Georgia Mari. She married Joseph on April 28th, 1935 and they resided in the Bronx until they moved to Peekskill, New York. In 1991 they moved to Fishkill, N.Y. and Gracie happily spent the last five years of her life at Elant where she was loved by all.

Grace is survived by her daughter, Lenore Lifrieri, her son-in-law Andrew Corti and her grandchildren, Louis and Linda Lifrieri, Frank and Karen Lifrieri, Joseph and Dainna Lifrieri, Andrea and Steve Parascandola and Ronald and Tina Corti. She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to the staff at Elant for their kindness and compassion.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday September 2, 2014 from 5-9pm at Robert H. Auchmoody Funeral Home 1028 Main St, Fishkill. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday September 3, 2014 at 10am at Saint Mary, Mother of the Church, Fishkill. Interment will follow in Assumption Cemetery, Peekskill.
